Scheduled recreational activities are planned weekly by the students and the staff. Berkeley is a exciting college town with plenty to do. San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose are also easily accessible.
CIP Berkeley offices and apartments are located within a block of the BART, or Bay Area Rapid Transport System.
The BART is a safe, inexpensive, and easy way for students to quickly travel the area.

Physical Fitness and Healthy Lifestyle
To encourage physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, you can utilize local health facilities. Students are encouraged to get a membership to the YMCA, located only a block away.
Individual and group physical fitness activities are planned weekly. Social skills modules are integrated into physical fitness activities.
