Our Students
The Berkeley Center serves a small number of young men and women who benefit from assistance in one or more of the following areas:
- Academics
- Culinary arts
- Apartment skills
- Laundry
- Leisure skills
- Socialization and problem solving
- Career training
These students form a carefully selected mix of individuals who combine to provide an environment where all can grow and develop the skills necessary to become successful and independent.

- Every individual inherently deserves to be treated with respect and dignity
- Social and emotional growth precedes all other growth
- We serve as a bridge in the understanding of Learning Differences
- The acceptance and understanding of self establishes a foundation on which the individual can build a happy and productive life
